Important Payment Information:

• Credit cards are not charged until order products are shipped.
• Some debit and bank check cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. This is an authorization only. Funds will be collected by Easegget upon shipment of products.
• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
• Merchandise Return Cards are valid for in-store purchases only.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping Costs

The cost will depend on the region you are in.

Dispatch

Orders made Monday to Friday before 2pm each day will be dispatched the same day. Delivery arrival depends on the shipping level you choose (Standard or Next Day).

If you order by 2pm on a Friday and choose next day delivery, you'll receive your order on Saturday.

If you order after 2pm on the Friday, next day delivery will arrive on the Monday.

Orders aren't processed on Saturday or Sunday, and deliveries aren't made on Sundays. Everyone needs their rest, after all!

Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Timing

It depends on the region you are in. This usually takes 1-2 weeks for internationally shipping.

Refunds & returns

Wrong product

If you received a faulty product, please service@easegget.com as soon as possible for a refund, a return & replacement (as long as your request meets the requirements laid out in the terms and conditions).

7 day returns policy

If you change your mind about the product, please contact service@easegget.com You’ll need to return the product unopened and undamaged (include the free gifts) within 7 days of receiving it.

You'll receive a full refund, subject to terms and conditions. Postage of the return is not included in the refund.
